Shipping Questions
How much is shipping?
Unites States:
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $75.
Canada:
We also offer free standard shipping to Canada for orders over $200. Load up, eh?
For orders that don't meet the above thresholds, shipping prices will be shown at checkout based on how far you are from our South Carolina warehouse.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Our Rockstar Warhouse team are busy bees Monday-Friday. We typically get orders out within 3-5 business days.
Please note, during our Black Friday sale shipping may be delayed due to an influx of orders. Please be patient and THANK YOU for your support.

Sometimes our drops are gone fast! Join our VIP list (add your email in the footer form) to get early access so you can get your order in ASAP!
We do our best to keep our best-sellers always in stock. If what you're looking for is out of stock, add your email to the product page and we'll notify you when it's back!
How can I track my order?
After your order is placed, you should receive an email with your order confirmation, and a link to track your order status. You might need to wait 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated after it's been shipped out.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We utilize all major shipping carriers to get your order to you as fast as we can! Usually that ends up being USPS which does a dandy job getting your shipment to your door in a few days.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return/exchange policy?
Our #1 goal is to make our customers happy! Simply put, if you're not happy with your purchase, return it!
For a refund, your item must be returned within 30 days of when you receive it. Washed items and or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
How can I get a refund?
Once our warehouse receives your return, as long as the item meets our return guidelines (see the above FAQ), our team will authorize a refund which can take 24-48 hours to process.
How do I start an return/exchange?
Super easy, just visit our Returns & Exchange portal to begin the process.
Do I need to pay the shipping costs?
No way hommie! We got you covered. Our return portal will send you a label to print out and attach to the return packaging. We'll take it from there!
I received a wrong or damaged item.
Argh! Sorry to hear. We do our best, but sometimes mistakes happen. Definitely start a return or exchange, and we'll help you out!
